Your Heart Health Journey Starts Here
- Simple, accessible heart screening for people who want answers, not anxiety
Why Your Heart Deserves Attention Now
Heart Disease Hides in Plain Sight
Nearly half of all Americans have some form of cardiovascular disease, and most don’t know it. You can feel healthy, pass standard check-ups, and still have dangerous plaque building in your arteries.
This Affects People Just Like You
Heart disease isn’t just for people with obvious risk factors. We see patients in their 40s and 50s with normal cholesterol but significant plaque buildup. Family history, stress, and genetics all play a role.
Early Detection Changes Everything
The difference between a heart attack and a healthy life can come down to years of hidden buildup. When we catch plaque early, before it blocks blood flow, we can prevent events, not just react.
Did You Know?
Two people with identical cholesterol levels can have completely different amounts of plaque in their hearts. Preventi.AI shows you YOUR heart, not just your numbers.

Knowledge is power, but only when you know what to do with it. We don’t just hand you a report and send you on your way. We give you a roadmap to protect your heart for the long haul.
Your Prevention Plan & Personalized Treatment That Works
Based on your scan results, AI analysis, and medical history, your cardiologist will create a prevention strategy designed specifically for you. This might include:
Medications: Statins, blood pressure control, or newer therapies to stabilize or reduce plaque
Lifestyle Changes: Diet modifications, exercise plans, stress management
Supplement Guidance: What actually helps your heart (and what doesn't)
Follow-Up Monitoring: Track your progress with repeat scans when appropriate
Can plaque actually go away?
Yes. Research shows that with the right treatment, especially medications that lower cholesterol and control inflammation, soft plaque can shrink, and overall plaque burden can be reduced. We measure this progress so you can see your heart getting healthier.

FAQs
Common Questions from Patients
1: Who should get a heart scan?
Consider screening if you:
• Have a family history of heart disease
• Are over 40 with risk factors (high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, smoking)
• Have chest discomfort or shortness of breath
• Want to know your true heart disease risk beyond standard tests
• Are taking or considering heart medications and want to see if they’re working
2: Is this covered by insurance?
Preventi.AI operates on a self-pay basis. While we don’t bill insurance directly, you may be able to use FSA or HSA funds. Some patients seek reimbursement independently, we provide detailed receipts for this purpose.
3: How is this different from a stress test?
A stress test shows how your heart performs under exertion but doesn’t reveal plaque buildup in your arteries. Our CT scan actually visualizes your coronary arteries and measures disease directly, often catching problems years before they’d show up on a stress test.
4: What if my scan shows a lot of plaque?
First, you’ll know, which is powerful. Second, your cardiologist will create a treatment plan to stabilize or reduce that plaque. Many patients see significant improvement with medication and lifestyle changes. Knowledge gives you options; ignorance gives you risk.
5: Can I bring my results to my own doctor?
Absolutely. We encourage it. We’ll provide a complete report that you can share with your primary care physician or other specialists. We can also coordinate directly with your doctor if you choose the Elite package.
6: How often should I get rescanned?
It depends on your initial results. If your arteries are clear, every 3-5 years may be appropriate. If plaque is present, your cardiologist may recommend monitoring every 12-24 months to track treatment effectiveness.
7: What's the difference between calcium scoring and CT angiography?
• Calcium Score (CAC): Measures hard, calcified plaque only. Quick, no contrast needed. Good for initial screening.
• CT Angiography (CCTA): Shows ALL plaque (calcified and soft), evaluates artery narrowing, and provides complete anatomic detail. More comprehensive.
Our Foundation tier includes CAC; Precision and Elite tiers include full CCTA.
8: Is the radiation safe?
Yes. Modern CT scanners use very low radiation doses, comparable to natural background radiation you’d receive in 1-2 years. The benefit of detecting life-threatening disease far outweighs the minimal radiation risk.
9: What if I'm already on a statin or blood pressure medication?
Perfect. We can measure whether your treatment is working. Many people are on medications without ever seeing proof that plaque is being controlled. Our scans show you the results of your therapy in real-time.
10: Can I schedule for a family member?
Yes. Heart disease often runs in families, so screening loved ones, especially if you’ve had events or significant plaque, is a smart preventive step. Gift certificates are also available.
