What is Preventi AI?
Preventi AI is a physician-led preventive cardiology platform designed to help make silent coronary artery disease visible earlier. We combine coronary CT imaging (when clinically appropriate), AI-supported plaque analysis, and cardiologist review to translate findings into clear, actionable next steps.
What does Preventi AI include?
Services vary by package and availability, but may include virtual intake and cardiovascular risk screening, coronary imaging services (e.g., CAC and/or CCTA), AI-supported plaque analysis, cardiologist consultation, and a structured Preventi AI report with personalized prevention guidance.
Do you provide emergency care?
No. Preventi AI does not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, stroke symptoms, or believe you may be having a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
Is Preventi AI a replacement for my primary doctor?
No. Preventi AI supports preventive education and clinical review but does not replace your primary care physician or cardiologist. Final medical decisions should be made with your treating clinician(s).
What is the difference between CAC and CCTA?
CAC (Calcium Score) measures calcified plaque and estimates risk. CCTA (CT Angiography) provides a more detailed view of coronary arteries and may require contrast and preparation steps.
Do I need a referral?
Requirements vary by state, imaging partner, and service type. If a referral or additional steps are required, our team will guide you.
What will I receive after completion?
You will receive a structured Preventi AI report that may include imaging findings, AI-supported plaque analysis (when included), risk context, and prevention recommendations.
Can I use HSA/FSA funds?
Many patients use HSA/FSA funds when eligible. Please confirm eligibility with your plan administrator.
