Submit your practice details and NPI, verification and approval typically within 24-48 business hours.
2: Can I schedule on behalf of my patient?
Yes. After submitting the referral you may choose “Schedule on behalf of a patient” (we then send the patient the intake link and complete scheduling/payment steps).
3: What if my patient has elevated creatinine?
Enter the latest creatinine value on the referral. Our clinical team will advise on contrast suitability and next steps.
4: How will I receive the final report?
Final reports are available in the portal and automatically delivered via email and fax to the clinic on completion.
5: Can I request a consult with the cardiologist?
Yes, use “Communicate with Cardiologist” when a patient reaches “Scheduled” or after the report is available.
